Artful Arrangements was established in 2007 by Diane H. Davis as a road-side stand on the Sonoma County Farm Trail. She sold living-plant arrangements (and delivered like a florist – but not cut flowers). She propagated the plants, and each arrangement was made with an eye for balance and beauty – an artist’s touch! No two were ever the same.
Artful Arrangements has evolved over time. Diane found that seeing parents Plant-a-Plant with their child was a far greater reward than seeking a monetary profit. On January 1, 2016, Artful Arrangements incorporated as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity, with the mission of developing ways for parents and children to spend a little quality time together – for much needed joy and connection – that are affordable, convenient, fast and fun! There are five community-minded Directors, and Diane is the volunteer Executive Director (as well as founding director). She also serves as Treasurer. Other Directors are: Tony Perry, President; Erika Klohe, Vice President; Jennifer Sutter, Secretary; Donna Hale.
